I had a amazing dinner at Jean-Georges, where the hostess let me know I could order anything from the formal dining room even thoghu I was not sure  what to order. A lunch of barbecued short ribs and spicy squid at Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong in Koreatown conjured Seoul in every bite, and at Mamofuku Noodle Bar in the East Vilalge.......
